[REVIEW] MSL - Sada Cruzeiro beats Cimed and maintains the third place

At the end of a round that proved the competitiveness between the teams in the Superleague Men's Volleyball 10/11, the third-ranked Sada Cruzeiro (MG) overcame Cimed Florianópolis (SC), defending champion and Vice leader, by 3 sets to 0 (25/20, 25/23 and 25/18), on the night of THURSDAY (10/03). The game, which was valid for the 12th round of the return of the competition was held in the gymnasium Poliesportivo do Riacho, in Contagem (MG).

The highest scorer of the match was the central Douglas Cordeiro of the Sada Cruzeiro, with 11 points, same score of the outside hitter João Paulo, from Cimed. The outside hitter Léo Mineiro, who turned 29 years old on Thursday celebrated the Birthday and victory with the trophy VivaVôlei for having been considered the main player of the match.


With the home win, the 19th in 25 games played, Sada Cruzeiro remained in third place, now with 44 points. The Cimed, who won 22 games in the Superleague 10/11 and lost four, remains in second place with 48 points.

On SATURDAY (12.03) in a game for the 13th round of the return, the Sada Cruzeiro will face the Soya / Blumenau / Mart Plus (SC), at 17h, in the gymnasium Poliesportivo do Riacho, in Contagem (MG).
