[REVIEW] WSL - Unilever continues to lead unbeaten

Unilever maintains unbeaten record and leadership
Biggest winner of the Super League Women's Volleyball, with six titles, and current runner-up, Unilever (RJ) began living up to expectations in the 17th edition of the championship. In eight games, eight wins. The last victory came on Tuesday (18/01) at the opening of the eighth round of the first turn. The Rio team defeated the Banana Boat / Praia Clube (MG) by 3 sets to 0 (25/16, 25/19 and 27/25) at the gym Sabiazinho in Uberlandia.

After a comfortable win in the first set, when they dominated the match, Unilever had more work in the second part. The Banana Boat / Praia Clube returned ready to tie the game and, taking advantage of opponents mistakes, opened 8 / 2. The team from Rio de Janeiro, however, refused to surrender and came to a tie in the tenth point. From there, it was a matter of time for Unilever to regain control of the match. The victory came in an error of serve from the Minas team: 25/19. The third set was the most disputed of the game. While keeping ahead for much of the set, the Banana Boat / Praia Clube surrendered at the end and gave the victory to Unilever: 27/25.
