[REVIEW] MSL - Sesi-SP wins dramatic game away from home and returns to the top
Sesi-SP is back into the lead of the Superliga Men's 10/11. The Sao Paulo team reassumed the first position in the table after a narrow victory by 3 sets to 2 (23/25, 25/21, 25/17, 21/25 and 21/19) over Volta Redonda, this THURSDAY (17.02). The game, which was valid for the eighth round of return, was in the gymnasium Poliesportivo, in Volta Redonda (RJ).
With the victory over the team from Rio, SESI-SP reached 42 points and surpassed the Cimed, which has 40 points and a game in hand, reaching the first position. The Volta Redonda sum and has now 28 points in 11th place.
Top scorers of the match were Wallace, opposite of SESI-SP, and Vinicius, outside hitter from Volta Redonda, with 18 points each. The middle blocker Éverton, from Sao Paulo team, received the Trophy VivaVôlei at the end of the game.
The next game of SESI-SP in the Super League will be on the SATURDAY 10/11 (19/02) at 19h, against Fatima / Medquímica / Sogipa, in the gym Sogipa, in Porto Alegre (RS). On the same day, at 18h, the Volta Redonda play again on the Poliesportivo gymnasium, this time against Pinheiros / Sky.
