She's back. After five months away from the courts, the Olympic champion Mari will be among the 12 players of the Unilever (RJ) related for the duel against Usiminas / Minas (MG). The clash will be played on Thursday (17.02), starting at 19.45 in the Gymnasium Maracanãzinho in Rio Janeiro, and will be valid for the fourth round of the return of Womens Superleague 10/11. TV Esporte Interativo will broadcast the match.
Mari stayed away from the court on August 26 when she suffered a sprained right knee during Brazil's victory over Poland in the final Grand Prix. In recovery, the attacker has had to undergo surgery for correction of complete rupture from anterior cruciate ligament.
